2.) Fill out the application
If you’re interested after viewing the home, our agent can send you the application form. You can also visit our website at www.homebuyersinventory.com, click on the “Contact Us” button, and let us know you need an application.
3.) Send in Your Documents
Once you receive the application, you’ll need to submit some documents to qualify for our Rent-to-Own Homes. This includes the application form, pay stubs, bank statements, and a letter of self-employment income if applicable.
Here’s what to do:
- Review and fill out the application.
- Gather the necessary paperwork listed on the checklist.
- Send everything back to us via fax or email (contact details are on the application).

4.) Sign With the Attorney
Once approved, you’ll receive a copy of the paperwork to sign at the attorney’s office. This includes your rental agreement, lease option agreement, and a few other addendums. You’ll have the chance to review these documents beforehand so that when you go to sign, you understand everything.
